Golf
Fitness Program
Would you like to improve your distance off the tee? How
about improve your flexibility for a powerful turn behind
the ball? Have you ever thought about improving your core
stability to improve your muscle endurance and prevent injury?
The physical therapists at Advent Rehabilitation have developed a Golf
Performance and Fitness Program designed to take your golf
game to the next level.
Our functional strength and conditioning program will not
only increase your club head speed, but it will also eliminate
physical limitations that lead to poor body mechanics. Learn
how to generate effortless power instead of powerless effort.
Our focus is to provide you with essential techniques to
advance your skills. This is accomplished through a comprehensive
analysis of your golf swing using digital cameras and slow
motion analysis to identify physical factors influencing your
golf swing.

Licensed physical therapists with advanced training in biomechanical
evaluations will provide a comprehensive assessment of your

specific to your golf swing to improve all areas of performance.
We’ll also communicate with your teaching professional
to design a fitness program to meet your instructional needs.
