Outpatient Services

Advent Rehabilitation is pleased to provide outpatient physical rehabilitation services in over 16 locations across West Michigan. We offer a comprehensive collection of programs and services at most locations.

We Strive to Be the Best!

We survey our patients' satisfaction by asking them to complete a confidential postage-paid survey, or if they prefer, by invitation to our online survey hosted by Zoomerang.com. We track the delivery of care we provide by asking 12 questions that can be scored from 1 to 5, and with open-ended questions that allow for comments.

We provide opportunity for patients to share their name and contact information if they would like us to contact them to follow up. We want to deliver the best quality of care possible, so when an issue is brought forth, we see it as an opportunity to improve!
